What to do in Cambridge this April

At Tamburlaine, we want you to enjoy not only our beautiful hotel but also Cambridge as a whole. Cambridge is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year but this April seems to be buzzing with a variety of things to do. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s just a few to watch out for…

Good for a giggle – Comedy

Famous comedian Russell Brand will have a  live show on how to make sense of the madness of our lives once we become parents.
Tuesday 4th April – Cambridge Corn Exchange.

Culinary Experience

Le Creuset, Cambridge is showcasing some delicious Spice Market themed recipes, freshly prepared using Le Creuset products. It’s free for you to enjoy alongside a complimentary glass of prosecco in the colourful surroundings of their  boutique store.
Friday 14th– Monday 17th April – 15 Rose Crescent, Cambridge.

Walking tour – With Gin!

Gin O’Clock! Enjoy a 3-hour scenic relaxed walking tour through Cambridge, taste a fine local Gin, sip on a Gin cocktail at a trendy liquor loft and finish with a tasting of 4 Gins. The last Gin is quite unique in production method and flavour.

Ghost tour

Do you want to discover the darkest, most twisted tales of Cambridge? All the stories of the dead and undead of the City? The college & corpses tour contains the most horrific  history of Cambridge that they can cram in – guts, gore and ghouls – told in a theatrical way by a Victorian master story-teller.

Family Time

Easter egg hunt – One for the kids! Held at Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. Find the Lindt gold bunny, complete the trail and receive a delicious Lindt chocolate treat.
